Davis Ford Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a highly skilled air conditioning installation technician to join our team in the DMV region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems and equipment.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, test, and commission air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Maintain and repair air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identify and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Clean driving license, with no restrictions.
• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC technician, with a willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Proficiency in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
