Job Description Job Description Job Title: Commercial HVAC Estimator Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager/Owner Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Overtime and Saturdays as required Pay Scale: $XX.XX - $XX.XX per hour DOE + Benefits Position Summary: Estimate commercial projects and plan, coordinate, execute, maintain & manage an effective field construction organization utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule.
