Job Title: Experienced Lead HVAC Technician
Location: Denver, CO
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience - $50+ per hour depending on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 ½ at 6 months and remainder at 1 year anniversary
We are currently seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician with expertise in boilers to become a key part of our success.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect, install, repair, and maintain a variety of heating systems, with a specialization in boilers.
• Diagnose issues and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions for boiler systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain job progress and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
• Train incoming team members out in the field.
• Stay informed about the latest HVAC industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience, with a strong emphasis on boilers.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing hydronic and steam boiler systems.
• HVAC certification and relevant state licenses (e.g., EPA Certification).
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in the field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ Years Experience with commercial and industrial boiler systems.
• 5+ Years Experience with commercial and residential heating and cooling systems, including air handler units, gas fired units and heat pump systems.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient and smart boiler technologies.
