We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Denver. The successful candidate will lead the engineering process, design HVAC systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $109,000 to $136,000 annually, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending account options, and voluntary insurance plans.

The ideal candidate will have:
• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field;
• A minimum of 10 years of experience working as a mechanical engineer designing HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, sustainable design, and automatic control systems;
• Experience performing energy modeling and LEED AP certification (preferred);
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required;
• The ability to lead and mentor others in their area of expertise;
• Working knowledge of the design and construction process and the ability to communicate effectively with professionals from other disciplines;
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office Suite software;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
