As a Maintenance Specialist III, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and repair of our single-family rental homes. Responsibilities:
• Inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
• Routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Emergency service requests and prompt resolution of issues
• Complex problems with residential appliances and equipment
• Accurate records of work completed and effective communication with residents and vendors
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance and repair of residential properties
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
