WHAT YOUR DAY ESTIMATING ENTAILS:
You'll work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
As an HVAC Estimator, you will provide accurate estimates, analyze project requirements, and prepare comprehensive bids. You'll use your expertise to uncover design defects, maintain customer relationships, and ensure project integrity. Proficiency in AutoBid software and meticulous attention to detail will be essential as you conduct material take-offs and prepare bidding assignments. Your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to showcase your talents while playing a pivotal role in the success of HVAC projects!
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HVAC ESTIMATOR:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of HVAC mechanical experience
• AutoBid software experience (preferred)
• Great computer abilities, including proficiency with MS Office Suite and estimating software
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
• Ability to deliver accurate and competitive bids on time
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Reliable transportation
