About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Rough-in HVAC System Examiner to join our team at Essel. In this role, you will be responsible for examining HVAC systems at the rough-in stage to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and industry standards. You will also be responsible for communicating your findings to construction teams and regulatory inspectors, and collaborating with contractors to provide guidance on HVAC installation requirements and best practices.

• Maintain accurate records of examinations, reports, and correspondence.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, or inspection, preferably in a similar role at Essel or a related company.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards related to HVAC systems, including those specific to the Essel location.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, allowing you to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including construction teams, regulatory authorities, and contractors.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
• Certification or licensure in HVAC inspection or a related field is preferred but not required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
