We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Operations Specialist to join our team at BGSF.
About the Role:
• Operate and maintain all HVAC and related equipment under the direction of the Chief Engineer.
• Assume additional authority as delegated by the Chief Engineer.
• Maintain a neat and orderly appearance within first class engineering trade standards.
Responsibilities:
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
• Authority to make adjustments and changes on HVAC and related equipment to maintain established comfort zones.
• Start and stop HVAC machinery under the direction of the Chief Engineer.
• Respond to all tenant requests promptly and courteously.
Salary and Benefits:
• A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $67,000 per year, plus 10% bonus.
