About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join SalesFirst Recruiting-1 as an HVAC Equipment Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and identifying new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector. Your goal will be to grow revenue through the sale of commercial HVAC equipment, including large chillers, boilers, and air handlers. • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue through the sale of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and identify new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial HVAC industry.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
• A proven track record in selling complex HVAC equipment (not residential or new construction).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with building automation systems and selling to commercial building managers, general managers, or business owners.
What We Offer:
• A competitive base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
• An uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of $200,000 in the first year.
