Key Responsibilities
• Project Leadership
• Direct and lead EMS project crews to achieve optimal productivity and workplace safety.
• Appraise individual and group performance to establish a highly competent team.
• Field Support
• Assist on EMS jobs by programming controllers, installing conduit, running cable, and wiring refrigeration equipment, HVAC, RTU's, and lighting.
• Project Coordination
• Evaluate progress against established timelines and budgets.
• Communicate any schedule or budget adjustments with Project Managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Expertise
• Possess in-depth knowledge of high voltage electrical power systems (115V, 208V, 460V, single and 3 phase) and low voltage control circuits.
• Understand power and control circuit diagrams, commercial HVAC, exhaust, and ventilation systems, supermarket refrigeration systems, and associated components.
• Soft Skills
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility.
