Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee HVAC service operations, ensuring high-quality installation and repair of systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, utilizing mechanical knowledge and schematics.
• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding service updates and recommendations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on units.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices and safety protocols.
