Position Summary:
We are looking for an outstanding marketing manager to join our team. Duties will focus primarily on managing existing outside marketing vendors, ensuring deadline compliance, and overseeing all marketing efforts both internal and external. Experience with marketing and graphic design software is preferred but not required.
• Overseeing and directing other marketing personnel
• Assisting with company marketing efforts as directed
• Oversee social media strategy and implementation including posting to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Reputation management including customer dispute resolution
• Create marketing reports to show to executives
• Ensure that all print marketing copy deadlines are met
• Coordinate with management to always ensure full-service call capacity
• Oversee all marketing efforts for employee acquisition
• Coordinate and staff on-site marketing efforts such as home and garden shows, fairs, etc.
• Daily management of digital marketing, offers and budgets such as Angi, Google, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Implement and execute employee satisfaction and retention events and programs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
• Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.
EXPERIENCE
• Previous marketing experience (Preferred)
• Previous management experience (Preferred)
