Position Summary:
As a Responsible Managing Employee (RME) for Mint Home in Las Vegas, NV, you’ll oversee and evaluate our team of HVAC installers in Las Vegas, offering guidance and support to maintain the highest quality of service. You’ll collaborate across departments, including field services, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the success of each project.
Responsibilities:
• Support the company in obtaining necessary HVAC licenses in Nevada, including fulfilling testing requirements, completing experience verification, and processing applications efficiently.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing education to employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
• Offer technical support and assist with remote diagnosis to address customers’ service or maintenance needs.
• Develop and clearly communicate step-by-step best practices for customer interactions, ensuring technicians can provide an exceptional service experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, safety codes, and trade practices to support technical guidance.
Qualifications:
• Education & Certification: High school diploma or equivalent required. Trade-specific licensure and ability to qualify as an RME for the Nevada HVAC license.
• Experience: 4+ years of recent experience in HVAC installation, service, or a related trade-specific role.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to customers in a straightforward, approachable manner.
• Proactive, personable, and skilled at building customer relationships that foster trust and satisfaction, both in-person and virtually.
Travel Requirements:
• Up to 25% within Nevada
• Periodic travel to job sites for quality control/oversight
