We are seeking a self-motivated, sales-driven professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Associate - Re-Hash Specialist. This position is responsible for all aspects of following up on estimates left by our sales and service representatives. Key responsibilities include scheduling sales appointments, maintaining effective communication with consumers and sales consultants, and achieving established sales goals. This role acts as a vital link between sales consultants (independent contractors) and Re-Hash consumers, ensuring clear and consistent communication among all parties involved.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow-Up: Initiate timely, professional follow-up on all open sales/service estimates by leveraging available communication channels and adhering to established processes.
• Feedback Sharing: Collect and share customer experience feedback from Re-Hash prospects with the Inside Sales Manager. Feedback may include details on system options, pricing, or other insights.
• Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales goals by employing proven sales techniques, effective account management, and creative problem-solving.
• Platform Utilization: Use Service Titan and other platforms to provide updates, follow-ups, and reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
• Coordination: Maintain timely communication with sales consultants and selling technicians regarding Re-Hash estimates.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Logan Services products, features, sales plans, financing options, and services.
• Point of Contact: Act as the point of contact for Podium and online sales estimates, including follow-ups.
• Sales Support: Provide support in converting sales leads into consultant estimates or delivering "ballpark" quotes when necessary.
• Promotions Collaboration: Work with the Sales Manager to recommend sales and marketing promotions.
• Discount Approvals: Offer applicable discounts and incentives to close sales, adhering to the following guidelines:
• Sales Manager Approval Required:
• Discounts exceeding $600 below PAR
• Offering IAQ products at no charge
• Extending unlisted discounts or incentives
• No Approval Required:
• Extending financing terms
• Modifying financing options
• Offering a free maintenance agreement
• Extending a one-year free LSI extended labor warranty
• Customer Interaction: Respond to phone calls, chats, and emails from customers, sales consultants, selling technicians, and other departments.
• Work Location: Work weekly from the DAY office, with a flexible day working from home.
• Professionalism: Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, fostering positive relationships.
• Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Experience and Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in a sales environment.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Customer service-focused and oriented.
• Proficiency in Word Processing and Analytical software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI).
• Ability to manage LSI customer account records.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
