Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC tradesperson to join our team at QTL Holdings LLC. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses based on your performance.
Responsibilities
As an HVAC tradesperson, you will be responsible for:
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• A valid EPA certification
• At least three years of experience in residential HVAC repair and maintenance
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
