Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with potential customers to assess their HVAC needs and provide customized solutions.
• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC system requirements and energy efficiency goals.
• Present and explain product and service options clearly, focusing on client comfort and satisfaction.
• Develop new leads and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and government clients.
• Prepare detailed proposals and estimates, ensuring transparency in pricing and scope of work.
• Follow up with leads, providing timely responses and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Close sales efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Focus on servicing primarily residential and light commercial accounts.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems or willingness to learn through company-provided training.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales performance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience with ServiceTitan software is preferred.
