Semper Fi Heating and Cooling is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Community Outreach Manager to lead our local engagement efforts in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, planning and executing events, generating high-quality leads, and elevating brand awareness through sponsorships and community initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a no-excuses approach to achieving goals. They must be able to manage a budget, work non-traditional hours, and represent the company in a clean and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Community Engagement & Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
• Identify partnership opportunities that align with Semper Fi Heating and Cooling’s brand and values.
• Attend networking events, and local gatherings to represent the company.
• Event Planning & Management:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Identify high-impact local events to increase brand visibility.
• Ensure smooth event operations, including logistics, setup, staffing, and follow-up.
• Lead Generation & Marketing:
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and execute creative ways to attract quality leads through community initiatives.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted.
• Sponsorships & Brand Awareness:
• Identify and negotiate sponsorship opportunities to increase brand recognition.
• Manage sponsorship agreements, ensuring maximum exposure and ROI.
• Develop marketing campaigns that align with community outreach efforts.
• Budget & Performance Management:
• Manage a community outreach budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient planning and execution.
• Track event performance, lead conversion, and ROI on sponsorships.
• Provide regular reports on outreach activities and results.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience in community outreach, event planning, marketing, or related field.
• Outgoing, energetic, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, branding, and relationship building in a local market.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and accountability for departmental performance.
• Clean and professional appearance—this role represents the company in the public eye.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally as needed.
