Key Responsibilities:
Installation Coordination & Customer Communication
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the installation team.
• Ensure all installation crews are properly communicated with and that jobs are completed to customer satisfaction.
• Schedule all jobs with 100% accuracy, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Perform post-installation follow-up calls to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Manage the permit and inspection process for all installations.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of all orders placed.
• Properly close out all jobs in ServiceTitan.
• Ensure 100% of payments are collected for all installation jobs.
• Meet or exceed daily budgeted KPIs for the department.
• Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy in job scheduling and coordination.
• Actively participate in ongoing training to improve processes and performance.
• Execute all tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly proficient with computers, including email, MS Office, and relevant business communication tools.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and scheduling.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.
Education
Preferred
• High School or better
