Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to join our team at Genesis10. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various facilities.
About the Role
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity.
• Perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.
• Respond effectively to all emergencies and prepare summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work.
Requirements
• Universal EPA 608 Certification
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering
• Valid state driver's license
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders
Compensation and Benefits
