About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to join our team at Genesis10. As a key member of our facilities engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair all aspects of HVAC equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks on electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior components.
Requirements
• A minimum of four years of technical experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, with a strong background in mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application, with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
