About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for scheduling customer calls for service, managing the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics, and ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule customer calls for service and manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Analyze and assess technical team performance to enhance customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide follow-up support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in NxGen.
• Work closely with the Service Team Manager to ensure technical service work is completed in a reasonable timeframe and to the customer's expectations.
• Assist with monitoring of time and expense reporting submission and review unassociated time for timesheets.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of 2 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to perform work independently with solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
• Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals.
Estimated Salary Range
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
