Job Summary
HVAC TB Service Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer service operations. This position requires effective coordination with technicians, handling customer inquiries, managing accounts receivable activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups and reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, prioritize work activities based on financial impact, and positively represent Johnson Controls. Ability to use Service Management software and financial accounting systems is also essential.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently while demonstrating solid organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to determine customer needs, match appropriate skillsets, and coordinate with technicians to ensure work has been performed to customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:
• Reconciling and invoicing all service requests daily;
• Preparing and submitting special invoices as defined by individual customer account requirements;
• Assisting with creation of L&M quotations and preparing yearly, monthly, and weekly execution plans for PSA scheduled service visits;
• Maintaining delivery standards consistent with Building Efficiency North America objectives;
Requirements
This role requires a college degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of two years of service industry experience with service operations and/or scheduling. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
