Job Responsibilities
This role involves performing installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with HVAC systems and industrial equipment, provide exceptional customer service and support, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records of service activities, and collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in HVAC with EPA Certification, strong knowledge of electromechanics, and prior experience with air compressors, vacuums, blowers, generators, or industrial equipment. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel 100% of the time is required.
