At Johnson Controls, we are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional with at least five years of practical experience in HVAC plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical equipment service. The ideal candidate will have necessary certifications and be able to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification. Key Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry preferred.
• Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification.
• Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Five (5) years of commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry.
• Refrigeration Certification preferred.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.

Estimated Salary
$70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
