We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Management Position to join our team at Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow, and employee performance
- Manage a team of 7+ employees, providing guidance, training, and feedback
- Monitor financial goals, including revenue growth, expenses, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HVAC service management or a related field
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, employees, and vendors
