• Managing installation of HVAC, Plumbing, and Medical Gas systems that meet code requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Maintaining full working knowledge of safe practices in occupied hospitals or other healthcare facilities.
• Evaluating estimates, setting up job costing systems, and negotiating vendor and subcontractor purchase orders.
