Lead Residential HVAC Technician Position
We are looking for a skilled Lead Residential HVAC Technician to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
This is a full-time position with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and no on-call rotation. As an HVAC Lead Residential Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential and some commercial customers.
You will work with a team to ensure schedule maintenance and delays are properly communicated to customers. Additionally, you will participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies and identify potential business opportunities for homeowners.

Requirements
• $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary based on experience
• A current EPA certification and state registration
• Minimum 2-3 years of residential HVAC experience with a strong focus on customer service
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a drug test, physical, motor vehicle record check, and background check
• Valid driver's license
