Job Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all personnel complete their assigned duties in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include maintaining sales, reviewing and approving hours worked and PTO using Kronos, and coaching and training employees to drive continuous improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain sales by reviewing, editing, credits, negative inventory, damage inventory, and cash reconciliations.
• Communicate regularly with the branch customer base to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Effectively coach, counsel, train, and develop all employees.
• Process purchase orders, research low stock and receivables, and process branch payables.
• Audit cash drawers and truck metrics, and remain current with warranty processing.
• Oversee all aspects of profit center operations, working closely with the Credit Department at Corporate to determine appropriate credit levels.
• Stay current with cycle counts and minimize dead stock.
• Maintain ample levels of inventory to meet delivery and service expectations of all branch customers.
• Review P hold safety meetings, security reports, and maintain facility.
• Develop plans for increased branch profitability and productivity.
• Conduct mid-year and annual performance appraisals for all direct reports.
• Provide Regional Operations Manager (ROM) with any requested branch-specific information.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience in store/branch management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of warehouse/inventory management, P&L understanding, and HVAC knowledge (strongly preferred).

Salary Range: $66,560.00 to $90,000.00 per year
