Job Overview
This role involves controlling and maintaining boilers, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, turbines, generators, pumps, and compressors. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and boiler control systems and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain boilers, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and other related systems
• Monitor system performance and adjust settings as needed to ensure efficient operation
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts and replacing filters
• Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and ensure safe operation
• Record data and keep logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activity
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and boiler control systems
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and boiler control systems, including thermostats and DDC controls
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge
