We are seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team at Rosso Recruiting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex HVAC systems in commercial settings.
About the Role: This is a full-time position with consistent optional overtime, dispatched from home for local travel and on call 1 time every 10 weeks. Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems for Boiler low pressure, steam or hot water, VAV, VAF, VFD, cooling towers, air handling units, exhaust fans, condensers, heat pumps, fan coil units and compressors
• Diagnose and troubleshoot and work on HVAC issues, Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Follow safety procedures and protocols, Stay updated with industry standards
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians
Requirements:
• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Ability to communicate clearly & work independently and as part of a team
• Clean MVR & Background
• Universal EPA certification - Journeyman preferred
Estimated Salary: $42+ per hour - union scale or above - based on skill.
