We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join the MUSSO team. We pay excellent wages and pay for your MEDICAL in FULL for single or family. Our benefit package is so amazing it equates to $20-$25 an hour above your pay rate. of $27.50- $35.00 DOE
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC units. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring their systems operate efficiently and effectively. We offer overtime if you want it. Duties
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and heating systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems to determine necessary repairs.
• Perform appliance repair tasks related to HVAC components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all service operations.
• Document all service work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding system performance and recommendations.
Skills
• Proficiency in heating and air conditioning systems, including installation and repair.
• Experience in appliance repair related to HVAC systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC principles
• Field service experience is beneficial for understanding on-site challenges.
• Capable of installing, maintaining, and servicing various types of HVAC equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service as a technician.
