About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making calls to current and prospective customers to upsell additional services and win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound sales calls to existing customers to upsell additional services
• Reactivating service plans for previous customers
• Providing a professional and consistent customer experience
• Exceeding contact center dialing efficiency, sales, and quality criteria
Requirements:
• A high school diploma, GED, trade school certificate, or equivalent is required
• Experience in inbound and/or outbound sales environments such as a call center or retail location
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
• Goal-oriented and assertive mindset
