Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC and Carpentry Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC and carpentry systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations for a wide range of tasks including HVAC and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately to determine the best solutions.
• Install and repair various fixtures such as HVAC systems and cabinets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow industry regulations during all projects.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding the services provided, offer recommendations, and address any concerns.
• Keep detailed records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent.
• Work closely with the team and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and with high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Handyman or in maintenance work.
• Knowledge of HVAC and carpentry systems.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites within the service area.
• Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and work in various environments.
