HVAC and Boiler Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Boiler Maintenance Specialist to join our team at St. Ann's Community in Rochester, NY.
This is a per diem role that requires the ability to operate and maintain mechanical equipment such as HVAC systems, air compressors, diesel powered emergency generators, electrical motors, hot water boilers, and steam boilers.
The ideal candidate will have a CLASS 3 Stationary Engineers License and 1-2 years of related experience.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, with benefits including 403(b) Retirement Plan, Paid Sick Leave, and Short-Term Disability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, monitoring equipment performance, and addressing any issues that may arise.
