Job Description
The Regional Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to grow sales volume with current accounts and maximize share of customers' equipment spend.
Responsibilities
• Sales Growth: Establish new residential dealers and light commercial contractor accounts, grow sales volume with current accounts, and maximize share of customers' equipment spend.
• Rapport Building: Ensure personal face-to-face contact and continuous improvement of rapport and productive relationships with decision-makers in all classes of customers and prospects in the assigned territory.
• Dealer Conversion: Manage the process to convert dealers to company equipment brands and ensure achievement of all related internal and external deliverables, including assignment of pricing, dealer levels, services, and training.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus bonus plans, excellent benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Holidays and vacation, Group and Voluntary Life, Long-Term Disability), and a company car, gas card or auto allowance provided.
