About the Job
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with facilities management teams to ensure smooth operation of commercial facilities.
• Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and regulations.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
