Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at JLL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and analyze HVAC equipment to diagnose trouble or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to minimize service interruptions and equipment downtime.
• Provide input to the planning of equipment system maintenance to minimize service interruptions and equipment downtime through reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Execute a wide variety of maintenance and repair work in relation to the installation, maintenance, and repairs of chillers, HVAC equipment, and building equipment and infrastructure in general.
• May oversee the execution of daily operations and maintenance activities performed by JLL and/or contract personnel.
• Perform a wide variety of complex operating procedures to ensure the proper operation of emergency generator operation, fire suppression equipment, and others.
Requirements:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of trades schooling or equivalent in refrigeration and HVAC.
• 5+ years of experience in facility/plant engineering maintenance to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation.
• Must be proficient in basic computer application software such as MS Office, E-Mail etc.
• Able to regularly lift items up to 20 lbs; frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions:
The incumbent will work indoors in an office environment, as well as outdoors in various weather conditions.
