Job Summary:
This role involves performing day-to-day diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial package units, zoned sensors, and residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and be able to work efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic and repair tasks on commercial HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Take initiative to improve processes and procedures.
• Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• Background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Type 2 technician certification.
• NATE certification is desirable.
• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, equipment repair, and installation.
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot commercial package units and read wiring diagrams.
• Leadership skills and self-motivation.
