Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team at TDIndustries. As a key member of our commercial HVAC and refrigeration services group, you will be responsible for performing inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex heavy commercial centrifugal and chiller systems.
Responsibilities:
• Perform full teardowns and troubleshoot complex chiller systems
• Coordinate work processes on large projects and develop long-term relationships with customers
• Explain work performed to customer satisfaction and provide solutions to customers
• Purchase materials and issue purchase order numbers to suppliers
• Safely operate motor vehicles and trailers and maintain equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in chiller commercial service
• Full teardown is required
• Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques, and codes is required
• Able to perform as a self-managed individual
• Must be able to display a professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capabilities
