Job Summary
This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on various building systems, as well as conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies to management.
Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective action.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
