We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Equipment Operator to join our team at Carrier Rental Systems in Arlington/Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Equipment Delivery and Maintenance: Deliver, maintain, and service commercial HVAC rental equipment and related products up to 1,000 tons.
• System Installation and Repair: Install and repair rental systems on commercial, industrial, and residential jobs.
• Field Service Reporting: Maintain accurate field service reports, including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs.
• Safety and Operations: Operate equipment, vehicles, including forklifts, load and unload trucks, and regularly use power tools and hand tools to service and repair rental systems as needed.
• Communication: Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
