Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Technician to join our team in Naperville, IL. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality repair and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC repair and maintenance, with experience in working with customers to resolve issues and meet their needs. You will also be expected to participate in rotating on-call schedules and accept off-shift work during peak workload periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC equipment
• Work closely with customers to identify and resolve issues with their HVAC systems
• Utilize company-provided software for customer billing and inventory management
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification or vocational training preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HVAC industry
