Job Title: HVAC Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a care culture
• Present professionally to customers in actions, communication, language, and attire
• Mentor and develop apprentices under their care
• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections
• Prepare detailed finding reports with pictures for customers
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Preferably 3 years of HVAC service experience
• Knowledge of industry equipment and field concepts
• Strong relationship building skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier
