About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Heating and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team at Reding Inc. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
Main Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems
• Conduct thorough safety inspections before starting work
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate with customers regarding work completed and any issues encountered
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless job execution
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
