At Sub-Cooling Heating And Air Conditioning, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Specialist to join our team.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Heating and Cooling Technician who can perform inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC systems up to 20 tons.
• Diagnose system performance through observation and operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
• Perform disassembly and reassembly of large or small commercial or residential HVAC equipment to troubleshoot and maintain systems.
• Complete service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls while maintaining profitability.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and explain work performed to their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
