We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Services Technician to join our team at A Perfect Pear in Central Florida. The estimated salary for this position is $10-$12 per hour.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, learning about and explaining our extensive range of services, including pressure washing, sidewalk and awning cleaning, carpet cleaning, oriental rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, wood floor deep cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and sealing, stone cleaning, sealing, and polishing, fabric protection, and drapery cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend weekly production meetings, sales meetings, and one-on-one meetings.
• Develop a working mastery of our cleaning and customer presentation system.
• Maintain a working mastery of proper cleaning processes and procedures.
• Consistently perform cleaning services according to company and industry standards.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and equipment.
• Follow all dress and grooming codes.
• Inform and offer other cleaning services to customers.
