Job Description
The primary function of the HVAC Maintenance Technician position at Rapture Air is to ensure that all HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. This involves inspecting and repairing existing systems, as well as installing new ones.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, with a focus on residential and light commercial systems. They will be responsible for working with customers to determine their needs and preferences, identifying potential issues with their HVAC systems, and developing solutions to address these problems.
In addition to their technical expertise, the HVAC Maintenance Technician must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working closely with customers, colleagues, and vendors on a daily basis.
Rapture Air offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including disability and life insurance options, vacation time plus paid holidays, and quarterly bonuses.
