We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC and Plumbing Expert to join our team at Vidalta Residential. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for servicing maintenance requests, completing residential requests for maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Job:
• Assist in all types of maintenance, when necessary and as requested.
• Complete residential requests for maintenance, and provide excellent customer service.
• On-call in accordance with scheduling to handle maintenance emergencies from residents and property emergencies.
• Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service by taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established by the organization.
• Services general plumbing and basic electrical needs of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing systems, air conditioning/heating/electrical systems, and any apartment material/maintenance requests within scope of management responsibility.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and apartments.
• Request supply replacement and assist in stocking inventory.
• Performs pool and spa maintenance, as directed.
• Follows company procedures regarding safety and emergencies.
• Attend to employee meetings and training seminars, as requested.
• Wears company uniform and badge during work hours.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
• High School diploma preferred.
• Prefer 1 year experience in on-site apartment or hospitality maintenance.
• Experience in building and mechanical maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting and drywall, and/or pool maintenance a plus.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.
• Will be regularly called upon to work overtime and service calls after hours schedules.
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000-$75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
