We're looking for an experienced Refrigeration Equipment Technician to join our team at Reyes Fleet Management. As a Refrigeration Equipment Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration units on our fleet of trucks.
About the Job:
• This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $26.00 - 27.00 per hour.
• You'll work Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning condenser coils, inspecting evaporators, and replacing filters.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical and mechanical issues with refrigeration units.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it's in proper operating condition.
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders and maintenance records.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds.
• A valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
• Must possess own tools (minimum tool requirement).
