We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Anerrows LLC.
This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
• Installing and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues to provide effective solutions.
• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensuring all work meets local codes and safety regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Providing emergency repair services as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid HVAC certifications and licenses required by state/local regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
